I want to get a value on my Bag/items, What should I do

Firstly, get in touch! Tell us about your bag/items and make an appointment to see Tracy at our base in Sheffield, or you can always send your bag with Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please contact us beforehand for full information.
 

We can only purchase items with identification. You can bring this with you, or send a photocopy. Valid forms of ID are, Passport, Driving License or a utility bill. Please do not send originals with your items.
 

How do you determine the value my items

We pay the market price after researching your items. We take into account it's condition, it's age, if the item has paper work or original receipts.
 

Will you give me a value on my Designer items without seeing them.

We can't give prices over the phone or via email based on images or information provided. We can only give you prices once we've assessed the items for accurate make/model, size, condition, paperwork and authentication, which we'd have to do in person.
 

Do you buy other designer goods

Yes, If it's not listed then contact us.

We pay same day bank transfer Or Cash.
 

Do you buy replica or copies of designer goods

We do not buy any replica bags or items. At all .
 

How should I send my bag to you

If you can't get to us in Sheffield, we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery (1pm), it's fast, safe, tracked and requires a signature. Up to £750 compensation cover for Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® by 1pm, with Increased compensation available for up to £2,500.
